    You can also use the AI-powered tool (“Help me to find root cause”) to get intelligent suggestions based on your input.
  4. Propose a Corrective Action: In the “WHAT To Do” field, define what action needs to be taken to address the root cause.
  5. Assign Responsibility: In the “HOW to Do” field, assign who is responsible and what they’ll do.
