Once a task reaches its due date, it automatically moves to the grey backlog section as a reminder that it’s overdue.

Tasks with due dates automatically move to the yellow or orange section. To move a task to the green or blue section, you must first remove its due date.

You can remove a task’s due date by either dragging the task to the top right calendar with the (x) or by double-clicking the task and deleting the date using the red ‘-‘ button or manually removing it.

To create a sub-task in any of the colored boxes you need to single-click on the Main task first to mark it blue, then click on the yellow ball to create the sub-task. Alternatively, you can make any task a subtask by dragging it onto another task.
